Get Your Seminar Registration Fees Waived!!!One of the ongoing challenges of planning the Annual CCUG Training & Technology Seminar is finding new vendors who want to have exhibit space. One of the greatest challenges of attending the CCUG Training & Technology Seminar is finding the money in the budget to pay for the registration (which is not always easy with department budgets).In an effort to try to help fix both of these issues, we are asking for help from our members and seminar attendees. If you know a vendor who sells a product or service that would be of interest to CLETS users, extend an invitation to exhibit at our 2020 seminar. If you bring us a new vendor exhibitor (has not participated in 2018 or 2019) we will waive your seminar registration fee.Below are links to information, an application, and contract for vendors. Talk to the vendors you know that might be interested in joining us this year. If you have any questions, contact our vendor liaison, Dawn Shepherd at vendors@ccug.org. Remember to tell us if you refer someone, so that we can be sure to waive your registration fee.In order for your registration to be waived, the following conditions apply:
- Vendor referral must be from somebody at your agency
- Vendor must be a new exhibitor (not at 2018 or 2019 seminar)
- Vendor sponsorship must be paid by July 15, 2020
