2020-2021 Central Chapter Director
Tami is a Senior Dispatcher with the Kern County Sheriff’s office where she has worked since 2001. Tami started as a Dispatcher and has enjoyed working special assignments as a Tactical Dispatcher, Training officer and working on various agency committees. Tami is currently the County ACC as well as the County 911 Coordinator.
Tami’s first CCUG experience was attending the T4T class at the annual CCUG conference in 2015 in Anaheim. During her second conference in Sacramento she was approached to run for Central Chapter Secretary and eagerly accepted the nomination for, and was elected to serve as the Central Chapter Secretary for 2017 and again for 2018. Tami was elected to serve as the 2019 Central Chapter’s Assistant Director. Tami was elected to serve as the 2020-2021 Central Chapter Director.
In her free time, Tami loves to spend time with her family, play with her dogs, bowling and traveling.
